Armin Skirde is a true professional production potter, with years of experience in throwing and making ceramics. His work is known for its natural, earthy character and distinctive handmade quality. He embraces the traces left behind during the making process, such as throwing lines, slip marks, dents, bumps, and fingerprints, allowing them to become part of the final piece.

In this workshop, Armin will share his experience and techniques while encouraging you to explore your own style. His decorations are inspired by prehistoric cave paintings, combined with a playful and contemporary approach. You’ll learn from his expertise while discovering how small details and imperfections can give your work character and personality.
